Litigation Paralegal

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Las Vegas, Nevada. Founded in 1988, the firm has grown to over 6,000 employees, including more than 1,000 attorneys, with offices across all 50 states.

In this role, the Litigation Paralegal will collaborate closely with a lead attorney and legal assistant to support various aspects of litigation. Key responsibilities include preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and legal memoranda; e-filing court documents in state and federal courts; and communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Additional duties involve conducting legal research, preparing discovery documents, coordinating depositions, and assisting in trial preparation.

Candidates should possess an Associate’s Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience, with completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program preferred. A minimum of two years' experience as a litigation paralegal or in legal services under an attorney in a law firm setting is required. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
