Litigation Paralegal

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Saint Louis, Missouri. As a Litigation Paralegal at Morgan & Morgan, you will work closely with attorneys to provide comprehensive support throughout the litigation process. Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and complaints; e-filing court documents in state and federal courts; and communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Additional duties involve conducting legal research, preparing discovery documents, coordinating depositions, and assisting in trial preparation.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of litigation experience and preferably have completed a nationally accredited paralegal program. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and excellent written and verbal communication are essential. Proficiency in calendaring depositions, mediations, and hearings, as well as knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, and court procedures, is also required.
