Litigation Paralegal

Morgan & Morgan, a prominent personal injury law firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their Phoenix, Arizona office. Established in 1988, the firm has grown to over 6,000 employees, including more than 1,000 attorneys, with offices across all 50 states.

In this role, the Litigation Paralegal will collaborate closely with a lead attorney and legal assistant, preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and legal memoranda. Responsibilities also include e-filing court documents in state and federal courts, communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel, conducting legal research, preparing discovery documents, and assisting in trial preparation.

Candidates should possess an Associate’s Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience, with completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program preferred. A minimum of two years' experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm setting, particularly in personal injury or related practice areas, is required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload are essential.
