Litigation Paralegal

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team in West Palm Beach. As a Litigation Paralegal at Morgan & Morgan, you will work closely with attorneys to provide comprehensive support throughout the litigation process. Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and complaints; e-filing court documents in state and federal courts; and communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. You will also conduct legal research, prepare discovery documents, coordinate depositions, and assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits and drafting pleadings.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury, workers' compensation, or premises liability. A completed paralegal program is preferred, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, with a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
