Litigation Paralegal (Remote)

Axiom is seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegals to support attorneys across various litigation matters. This role emphasizes full-cycle discovery, case management, and general litigation support for clients, including many Fortune 500 companies.

Key responsibilities include managing the full discovery process, such as drafting, reviewing, and responding to discovery requests, coordinating document productions, and maintaining privilege logs. The paralegal will also provide comprehensive litigation support, including legal research, deposition preparation, trial preparation, and post-trial filings. Additionally, overseeing matter and case management by organizing case files, maintaining litigation calendars, and tracking deadlines is essential.

Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, demonstrating expertise in full-cycle discovery and case management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools, along with experience in litigation support software and document management systems, is required. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines are also necessary.
