Loan Agency Business Development Associate Director
The Loan Agency Business Development Associate Director at SRS Acquiom is responsible for defining and implementing growth strategies for the loan agency product within their designated territory or business vertical. This role involves collaborating with the Business Development team to achieve annual goals and foster long-term sales growth. The Associate Director will work closely with peers and the Regional Managing Director to cultivate client relationships and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
Key responsibilities include supporting the sales strategy for loan agency services, setting sales goals and budgets, and developing deep relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and influencers. The role also involves cross-selling other SRS Acquiom products, optimizing pricing to maximize revenue, and monitoring market and competitor activity to provide feedback to leadership. Significant travel is required for in-person meetings with customers and partners.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of related sales experience, preferably within professional or financial services, and an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Essential skills include excellent general management, analysis, and negotiation abilities, a proven track record in building cross-customer relationships, high energy, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
