The Loans & Distribution team focuses on managing and processing loan and distribution requests within retirement plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the inflow of loan and distribution requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing. This includes assisting participants, resolving issues related to distribution and loan processing, and maintaining relationships with multiple recordkeepers to ensure seamless processing. Administrative duties such as data entry, report generation, and documentation review are also key components of the position.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience with retirement plan documents and a background in high-volume processing environments. A general understanding of plan document language is essential, along with experience working with recordkeepers like Empower, Voya, John Hancock, Principal, and TransAmerica. Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a keen eye for detail are crucial for success in this role.
