Logistiek Planner Food Lab

As a Logistiek Planner Food Lab at Eurofins, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily routes of our sample collectors. Working closely with your colleagues and the team leader, you will ensure efficient planning and execution of sample collection activities, contributing to the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

Your key responsibilities will include gathering all necessary data to create optimal daily schedules, communicating these plans promptly to sample collectors, and proactively addressing any challenges that arise. You will also prepare delivery notes, manage the administrative processing of incoming samples to maintain traceability, and collaborate with departments such as customer service and sample reception to resolve complex planning issues. Additionally, you will oversee the leave schedules of both teams and adjust daily or weekly plans accordingly, while also managing fleet maintenance tasks like vehicle servicing and equipment checks.

We are seeking candidates with a Graduate or Bachelor's degree, preferably in agro- and biotechnology, food technology, dietetics, or environmental care, though equivalent experience is also valued. An open and solution-oriented mindset, flexibility, creativity, and strong communication skills applicable at various organizational levels are essential. The ability to prioritize tasks effectively in both short and long-term scenarios is crucial for success in this role.
