Mailout Package Specialist
Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking a Mailout Package Specialist to join their team in Longwood, Florida. This entry-level position offers an hourly wage of $17.50 and provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the legal field to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
As a Mailout Package Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include assisting with all mailout pools, reviewing intakes before mailing out documents to ensure completeness, mailing out retainer packages to clients, processing incoming mail with the Social Security Administration (SSA) and/or Office of Hearings Operations (OHO), and filing representation documents for Case Developers and Legal Assistants. You will also be expected to make follow-up calls regarding retainer packages, contact clients for address verifications when documents are undeliverable, receive incoming calls from clients and intake related to retainer packages, assist clients with questions regarding these packages, manage emails that come to the SS-Mailout inbox, and handle incoming faxes.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and be available to work Monday through Friday with open availability. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can follow procedures, possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, along with excellent writing and communication skills and attention to detail, are essential.
