Major Account Manager, Healthcare
Arista Networks is seeking a Major Account Manager to expand its presence within existing and new healthcare accounts in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. This role is integral to Arista's sales team, serving as the primary liaison between the company and its healthcare clients. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal technical resources to address and solve client challenges, aligning Arista's innovative networking solutions with the specific needs of healthcare organizations.
The Major Account Manager will be responsible for exceeding sales objectives by employing a consultative selling approach. Key duties include engaging with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-level executives to present Arista's value proposition, working alongside systems engineers to design solutions that reduce total cost of ownership, and collaborating with technology partners to identify prospects and demonstrate best-in-class solutions. Additionally, the role involves managing key channel relationships, formulating strategic account plans, and conducting demand generation activities such as seminars and technology forums.
Candidates should possess a hunter mentality with a proven track record in technology sales, including cultivating relationships with existing customers and penetrating new accounts. A minimum of 8 years of technology sales experience, particularly in data center or networking (LAN/WAN, SDN) industries, is required. A BS/BA degree or equivalent is necessary, along with strong relationships within the territory and excellent interpersonal skills.
Arista Networks offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $123,000 to $167,000, with the actual salary based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience. Additional benefits include discretionary bonuses, commissions, equity, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.
