Key responsibilities include managing the entire post-sale customer journey, from onboarding and integration to providing strategic recommendations based on utilization and ROI analysis. The manager is tasked with identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, reducing churn, and collaborating with sales and revenue operations teams to impact revenue positively. Regular business reviews and strategic check-ins are conducted to demonstrate ROI and deepen customer relationships.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have over five years of experience in enterprise customer success relationship management, preferably in B2B SaaS and e-commerce sectors. A strong understanding of the beauty and apparel verticals is advantageous. The role requires outstanding commercial and product acumen, excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, and the ability to analyze data to deliver value-driven insights. Proficiency with data tools, Excel or Google Sheets, and CRM and Customer Success tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight is preferred.
