The Manager oversees the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategic planning to campaign setup, execution, and ongoing optimization. This involves collaborating with clients to define clear and measurable campaign objectives, developing comprehensive advertising strategies across relevant channels, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
The role requires 2-3 years of prior work experience in the media industry for a Manager position, and 5-7 years for a Senior Manager position. Experience in managing small teams or being responsible for the growth and development of team members is preferred. Strong client relationship management skills, strategic insight into client businesses, and the ability to manage the entire campaign lifecycle are essential.
