Manager Connection Planning

Additionally, the role involves translating performance data, audience insights, and market signals into strategic recommendations, identifying growth opportunities, and leading performance reviews to ensure planning decisions are grounded in measurable KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have 4–6+ years of experience in media planning, performance strategy, or integrated planning, with proven experience leading complex or large advertiser accounts. Strong expertise across digital channels, including Search, Social, Display, and Video, is essential. Experience with e-commerce and performance-driven business models is preferred. Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel/Google Sheets are required, along with a bachelor's degree.
