Manager, Content Planning
The Manager, Content Planning at WPP Media is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and delivery of local and regional digital content campaigns. This role requires a highly organized and self-motivated individual who ensures that campaigns are seamlessly implemented and achieve their intended KPIs. Key responsibilities include overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital content campaigns to ensure they meet desired KPIs. The role involves coordinating with brand teams, agency planners, content creators, digital publishers, and media vendors to ensure smooth campaign implementation. Additionally, the Manager will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to, and will conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of all content and materials before publication. Tracking and analyzing campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization is also a critical aspect of the role.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Lemon8, Telegram, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube. Strong project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to different tools are also required. The candidate should be able to work independently while achieving campaign objectives.
