The Manager - Digital at WPP Media will lead marketing initiatives and oversee projects that enhance client experiences and drive growth. The position is based in Mumbai, India, and reports to the category lead.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing monthly search strategies for each brand, monitoring biddable campaign metrics, and providing recommendations to achieve goals beyond campaign metrics. The manager will also build quarterly search strategies, manage corporate projects, and maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure customized planning requirements are met.

Candidates should possess a BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field, with 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within FMCG, retail, or e-commerce sectors. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a data-driven mindset are essential. Experience in leading social media and display advertising campaigns, as well as knowledge of third-party ad serving and tracking technologies, is required.
