Manager Dispatching & Operations (m/w/d)

Eurofins FarmFacts GmbH is seeking a Manager Dispatching & Operations (m/w/d) to oversee the daily operations of our agricultural data collection and soil sampling services. As Germany's leading provider in this sector, we ensure the precise and timely delivery of thousands of soil samples annually, empowering farmers with essential data for informed decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence company structures and processes directly, working closely with the managing director and contributing to the strategic direction of the organization.

In this position, you will be responsible for the entire operational workflow, from order intake to result delivery. Key duties include managing the internal team of three staff members, coordinating approximately ten field sample collectors nationwide, and ensuring seamless collaboration with sales, laboratory, accounting, and customer service departments. Additionally, you will plan and oversee the deployment of sampling personnel, organize necessary equipment and vehicles, and address operational challenges as they arise.

The ideal candidate will have a background in operations, logistics, or dispatching, preferably within a medium-sized enterprise. Leadership experience or aptitude is essential, as is a proactive approach to problem-solving and responsibility-taking. Proficiency with modern software and a digital mindset are required, along with strong written and verbal communication skills for international collaboration. An interest in agriculture, environmental issues, or sustainability will be advantageous.
