The Manager of Learning & Organizational Effectiveness for the Latin America (LATAM) region at WPP Media is a pivotal role focused on enhancing talent development and organizational performance across diverse markets. In this role, the manager will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive talent management strategies, including leadership development, succession planning, and performance management. They will lead initiatives to improve organizational agility by optimizing operating models and integrating AI-driven solutions to streamline processes. Additionally, the manager will develop capability frameworks to ensure the organization possesses the critical skills necessary for sustained success in the LATAM region.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in industrial/organizational psychology, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field, with at least six years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or HR Consulting. Proficiency in English is required, and experience in designing and scaling strategic talent and organizational effectiveness programs is essential. Strong analytical skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures are also important.
