Additionally, the role requires maintaining strong relationships with key account stakeholders, ensuring ongoing campaign compliance with WPP Media's guidelines, and leading cross-channel testing and optimization strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 3 years in biddable performance media execution, preferably in retail media, is required. Experience in managing a team of direct reports, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and a deep understanding of retail commercial elements such as profit margin, inventory levels, forecasting, and demand planning are essential. Familiarity with retail bid management platforms like Pacvue or Skai, and experience in campaign management across multiple retail platforms (e.g., Amazon, Instacart, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Criteo, Google, Meta) are also necessary.
