The manager will act as the primary contact for planning and buying integration with external agency partners, supervise and mentor junior staff, and provide insightful updates to media and agency partners on account projects. Additionally, the role entails maintaining financial accountability and fostering strong relationships across agency and media partners to enhance brand understanding and contribute to positive agency evaluations.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or communication, or have equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 5 years in strategy or planning within a media agency setting is required, along with experience across all media channels, including print and out-of-home. Proficiency with tools such as MediaOcean and Prisma is preferred, as is experience in a data-driven environment. The role demands the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, adaptability to take direction, and strong multitasking skills.
