Strategy Director
The Strategy Director will join WPP Media's central strategy team dedicated to Reckitt's European media business. This team oversees strategic planning for Reckitt's brands across categories such as Self Care, Intimate Wellness, Germ Protection, and Household. The role involves close collaboration with Reckitt's central media, communications, and strategy teams to drive innovative strategies that positively impact consumers and brands.
Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of communication ecosystems and planning best practices, creating strategic recommendations for regional and market-specific media planning, and utilizing both internal and external tools to gain insights into consumer behavior and business growth opportunities. The Strategy Director will also lead planning presentations, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop evidence-based strategies, and foster strong client relationships to ensure the effective implementation of strategic recommendations.
The ideal candidate should possess advanced knowledge in strategic planning, be proficient in using relevant tools and technologies, and have the ability to train others. Strong problem-solving skills, the capacity to analyze complex information, and the ability to generate appropriate solutions are essential. Effective communication skills, the ability to influence and educate stakeholders at all levels, and experience in leading and mentoring teams are also required.
