Eurofins CBM69 is seeking a dedicated Manager Multisites to oversee the operations of multiple laboratory sites in Lyon and its surrounding areas. As part of the Eurofins Group, a global leader in bio-analytical services, CBM69 operates 19 sites across two departments, conducting over 2,000 analyses daily with a team of 170 professionals. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the healthcare sector by ensuring the efficient functioning of our laboratories.

Reporting to the Pilote de Pôle, the Manager Multisites will be responsible for managing operational teams, including secretaries and sample collectors, by developing and validating work schedules and overseeing hours worked. The role involves conducting individual performance reviews, summarizing findings, and communicating them to the Pilote de Pôle. Additionally, the manager will present quality accreditation elements to biologists in collaboration with the quality service, propose and lead projects aimed at optimizing organizational activities and harmonizing practices, and facilitate team meetings to foster skill development and talent recognition. Ensuring effective communication between the Pilote de Pôle and operational teams is also a key aspect of this position.

Candidates should possess a State Diploma in Nursing or a relevant laboratory technician qualification, such as BTS Analyses Biologiques, BTS Analyses de Biologie Médicale, BTS Biotechnologie, BTS Anabiotech, BTS Bioanalyses et Contrôle, DUT Génie Biologique, or a State Diploma of Medical Laboratory Technician. Holding a sampling certificate is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate teamwork capabilities, organizational skills, methodological rigor, discretion, strong interpersonal abilities, proficiency with IT tools, dynamism, proactivity, autonomy, and the ability to manage emergency situations. A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within a medical biology laboratory is preferred.
