Manager Paid Social (m/w/d)
As a Manager Paid Social (m/w/d) at WPP Media, you will independently oversee the paid social activities of our key clients, ensuring the effective implementation and optimization of campaigns across various platforms. This role is integral to our mission of delivering creative transformation and driving growth for our clients through innovative media solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include the planning, setup, monitoring, and continuous optimization of paid social measures aligned with defined KPIs. You will analyze campaign performance data, create comprehensive reports, and derive concrete action recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness. Additionally, you will support client communications by preparing and delivering presentations in both German and English, ensuring clear and effective information exchange.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in operational paid social management, focusing on campaign control and optimization. Proficiency in Meta Business Manager and common ad managers such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and Google is essential. A solid understanding of UTM tracking, CAPI, and initial experience with Google Tag Manager is also required. Strong analytical skills, structured and proactive work habits, and excellent communication abilities in both German and English are crucial for success in this role.
We offer a gross annual salary starting at €40,000 (based on a 38.5-hour workweek), with a willingness to overpay based on qualifications and experience.
