The Manager, Paid Social at WPP Media is responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok. This role involves managing client communications, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and leading less experienced team members to deliver high-impact solutions. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale.

Key responsibilities include developing forecasts and plans using input from directors, understanding client products and marketing objectives to define campaign strategies, and working closely with internal departments to create fully integrated social campaigns. The Manager will monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance analytics based on critical client metrics, deliver monthly client reports, and contribute to business reviews, corporate initiatives, automation projects, process changes, and new business efforts.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, or Advertising, or has equivalent professional work experience. They should have 3+ years of experience planning and buying across all major social platforms, a solid record in growing account scale and success, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office and social media management tools like SocialFlow and Sprinklr, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple clients simultaneously are essential.

Compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
