Manager, PBM Product Strategy and Delivery

AffirmedRx, PBC is seeking a Manager for PBM Product Strategy and Delivery to lead the development and execution of clinical and pharmacy programs. This role involves defining product vision, creating multi-year roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission to enhance healthcare outcomes through transparent and patient-centric pharmacy benefit management.

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to optimization. Key duties include leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, establishing clear milestones and success metrics, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure seamless integration across systems and workflows.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in product management, program management, or healthcare/pharmacy operations is required. Essential skills include strong business acumen, cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
