Candidates should possess a BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field, with 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within FMCG, retail, or e-commerce sectors. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset are essential, along with experience in leading social media and display advertising campaigns. Proficiency in third-party ad serving, website tracking technologies, and an understanding of brand safety and viewability measures are also required.
