Key responsibilities include creating and implementing advanced search strategies that align with business goals, leading a team of activation specialists, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients on SEM-related matters. The Manager will oversee daily campaign run rates, perform ongoing optimizations, and provide insightful reporting on key metrics and agreed KPIs. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams to enhance search effectiveness.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEM, along with Google Ads Search and Google Ads Fundamentals Certification. Experience in managing high-volume campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, UAC, and Apple Search is essential. A strategic mindset for building and delivering bid strategies and attribution models, as well as a strong analytical approach with attention to data and insights, are crucial. Excellent presentation and communication skills are also required.
