Manager Social
As a Social Manager at WPP Media, you will lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok. This role is integral to driving performance excellence and delivering measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment to ensure operational accuracy and client satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities include developing comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with business objectives, creating full-funnel media plans with budget allocations and audience segmentation, and identifying growth opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns, ensuring accurate setup with proper tracking, monitoring daily performance, and optimizing campaigns to improve key performance indicators such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement, and conversion rates. Additionally, you will manage pacing and budgets to prevent overspending or underspending.
The role requires a bachelor's degree in any discipline and 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns. Strong expertise in major social advertising platforms like Meta and TikTok is essential, along with experience managing large budgets and complex campaign structures. A strong analytical mindset to interpret performance data, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and the ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously are also required. A strong interest in digital media, performance marketing, and audience strategy is advantageous.
