The Manager, Social at WPP Media is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions in a dynamic, multicultural environment. WPP Media, as WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, integrates media, data, and partnerships to provide creative personalization at scale.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing paid social strategies that align with client objectives, managing budgets and optimization strategies to meet agreed KPIs, and overseeing the setup and activation of campaigns. The Manager will also be tasked with creating performance reports, analyzing campaign data to identify trends and opportunities, and presenting strategic recommendations to clients. Additionally, the role involves managing client relationships, leading regular status calls, and ensuring timely delivery of campaign deliverables.
The ideal candidate should possess a graduate or postgraduate degree in any field and have 4-6 years of experience running paid social campaigns. In-depth knowledge of social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Snapchat is essential. Proficiency in MS Office and social media management tools like SocialFlow and Sprinklr is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and handle multiple clients simultaneously, and experience in social media advertising and optimization are also necessary.
