Manager Software Engineer | Partner Content

Wellhub is seeking a Manager Software Engineer to lead the Partner Content team in Brazil. This remote position focuses on enhancing subscriber experiences by managing partner information from initial uploads to presentation in the Wellhub app. The role involves overseeing a full-stack engineering team, ensuring accurate and engaging partner content for millions of users.

Key responsibilities include leading an agile engineering team, providing technical guidance, and establishing development standards. The manager will collaborate with Product, Operations, and Design leads to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps. Additional duties involve developing, deploying, and maintaining solutions, as well as participating in incident resolution and post-mortems.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with at least two years in a leadership role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Java, Kotlin, Scala, or Python is required, along with experience in developing RESTful web services and working with SQL/NoSQL databases. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are essential.
