Serving as the in-agency and external subject matter expert on consumer trends, the role applies this knowledge to strategic development and crafts compelling narratives that ensure media strategies are insight-led and idea-driven, in addition to being data-driven. Analyzing and streamlining clients’ digital workflows through the application of advanced tools and protocols is also a key responsibility. Leading cross-functional teams in the creation and submission of award-winning case studies and developing and launching initiatives to cultivate a creative and digital-first agency culture are integral to the role.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior leadership role within the media industry, with a strong track record of driving results. A deep understanding of media planning, buying, and optimization across all channels (traditional, digital, programmatic, commerce) is essential. Strong financial acumen and experience managing significant media budgets are required. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Experience in driving operational excellence and process improvement, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with media technology platforms and tools are also important.
