Marketing & Branding Strategist

The Marketing & Branding Strategist at Crisp Recruit is responsible for enhancing the brand presence of Kanner & Pintaluga, a nationally recognized law firm. This role involves developing strategic marketing campaigns aimed at attracting both prospective employees and clients. The strategist will collaborate closely with firm leadership and internal teams to create compelling content that communicates the firm's unique value and reinforces its brand identity.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive marketing and branding strategies, managing campaigns to increase awareness among prospective clients and employees, and leading employer-branding initiatives that highlight the firm's culture and career opportunities. The strategist will also create content for digital and traditional channels, collaborate with managing attorneys to identify significant case results and attorney accomplishments, and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, or public relations. Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, creating content for digital platforms, and a strong understanding of branding principles are essential. Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, are also required.

While specific compensation details are not provided, the role offers the opportunity to work with a nationally recognized law firm committed to achieving favorable outcomes for clients. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., based in Boca Raton, Florida.
