Marketing Manager, Integrated Search & Google Media
Tenable, Inc., a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a Marketing Manager for Integrated Search & Google Media to oversee their paid search and Google media initiatives. This role involves managing SEO and GEO strategies, executing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, and YouTube TV, and collaborating with regional marketing teams to meet revenue targets. The position is hybrid, based in either Boston, MA, or Columbia, MD.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing high-ROI performance campaigns across various Google and Bing platforms. This includes mastering advanced ad features such as Smart Bidding, auto-generated assets, and AI bidding algorithms to enhance audience targeting. The role also entails performing technical SEO optimizations, conducting site audits, and managing metadata to ensure high crawlability and keyword alignment. Collaboration with regional marketing leads is essential to translate market-specific goals into effective search strategies that drive demand and pipeline growth.
Candidates should have over five years of experience managing complex, multi-region paid search and video budgets across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, and YouTube TV. Expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Video, Performance Max, and automated bid management, is required. Hands-on technical SEO capabilities, such as conducting site audits and optimizing meta tags, are essential. Experience in collaborating with regional teams to align market-specific targets with campaign strategies is also necessary. Advanced skills in analytics tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and multi-touch attribution modeling are preferred.
The compensation for this role ranges from $92,500 to $123,166.67 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
