You'll also analyze marketing processes to improve conversion rates and develop clear documentation for marketing procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing operations, with a strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and data analysis. Proficiency in integrating MarTech tools and collaborating with various teams is essential. A background in AI-driven marketing initiatives is a plus.

Lighthouse offers a competitive salary range of $81,000 to $99,500, along with flexible time off, 401k matching up to 4%, comprehensive health insurance, vision and dental coverage, and an employee assistance program.
