Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist at Wolt, you will be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, focusing on managing end-to-end user marketing campaigns related to our restaurant and retail partners, as well as collaborations with other companies. Wolt, known for its food delivery platform, is on a journey to become an 'everything' app, delivering a wide range of products to customers' doorsteps in less than an hour.

In this role, you will drive the execution of marketing campaigns across both paid and owned channels, ensuring alignment with our long-term strategy and commercial priorities. Your responsibilities will include developing campaign offerings, determining the optimal media mix, and crafting creative strategies. Collaboration with other campaign managers and departments will be essential to coordinate timing and budgeting. Additionally, you will assess the impact of marketing strategies on the P&L and evaluate their return on investment.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience, primarily in campaign or project management. A hands-on approach and the ability to take ownership of projects while working independently are crucial. A customer-first mindset, creative thinking, and strong time management skills are also important. Fluency in Greek and English is required, and candidates must be located and eligible to work in Cyprus.
