Mass Account Management Executive
Wolt is seeking a Mass Account Management Executive to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the operational success of our extensive portfolio of restaurant partners. As part of the Mass Account Management team, you will contribute to Wolt's mission of improving local life by ensuring our partners are active, available, and effectively utilizing our commercial tools.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the operational health and performance of a large group of restaurant partners. This involves monitoring and improving key performance indicators such as availability, active rate, rejection rate, and churn. You will design and lead initiatives to drive the adoption of promotions, deals, and ads, ensuring strong data hygiene and accurate reporting. Additionally, you will support campaign rollouts and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to scale best practices across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in operations, commercial, or support roles. Proficiency in German and English is essential, along with strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM platforms. A strong sense of ownership, structured approach, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset are crucial for success in this role.
