Medewerker Inbound Sales
As a Medewerker Inbound Sales at Autohero, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers reaching out via phone, assisting them with inquiries about our online inventory and guiding them through the initial stages of their car purchasing journey. Your role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping clients find their ideal vehicle.
Your daily responsibilities will include addressing general questions from customers interested in our online stock, explaining our unique online purchasing concept, assisting new clients with reservations, connecting customers to appropriate internal teams, and providing follow-up information to aid in their decision-making process. Essentially, you will be the trusted advisor who supports and convinces customers throughout their online buying experience.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Dutch at a native level and proficient in English, enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. A commercial mindset is essential, along with the ability to quickly learn new systems and handle customer information accurately. Being a team player who contributes to enhancing our customer experience is crucial. Full-time availability, including regular Saturdays, is required.
