The Media Advertising Operations Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing paid media activation operations for a designated local unit. This position drives operational excellence, ensures the implementation of best practices, and fosters continuous team development across Social, Search, and Programmatic platforms. The Manager supervises daily team execution, guarantees KPI attainment, and standardizes processes in close coordination with market agencies and planning teams. By providing essential technical and operational support to accounts managed from the US Hub, this role ensures consistent, high-quality campaign delivery, resolves cross-functional conflicts, and ultimately contributes to the achievement of key business objectives and overall client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include working with the Operations Director to support the client's transformation ambitions in EMEA, focusing on automation and simplification. The role involves supporting the delivery of system developments and migrations, implementing and governing ways of working that drive efficiency, and owning projects and workstreams in partnership with the Operations Director. Additionally, the Manager manages the day-to-day workload and completion of business tasks across the Operations team, ensures data is captured from the agency in a timely manner, collaborates with internal and external counterparts to ensure all plans are implemented efficiently and on time, and delivers monthly finance processes with the credit controller, identifying and reporting process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the digital marketing landscape, preferably in implementation teams and/or managing teams. They should possess intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher), and strong knowledge of multiple Paid Media platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, CM360, DV360, Reddit, Analytics, LinkedIn, and TikTok. An advanced understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, including KPIs, DSPs, strategies, concept definition, and planning, is essential. Key competencies include strong analytical and results-oriented capabilities, the ability to solve basic mathematical problems, and direct, clear, and assertive communication skills.
