Media Planning Associate
As a Media Planning Associate at WPP Media, you will be instrumental in executing and optimizing media campaigns for a leading global financial services client. This role involves developing comprehensive media implementation plans, conducting competitive analyses, and ensuring strategic alignment to achieve key objectives such as brand growth and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders within a dynamic team environment.
Your primary responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of media campaigns, from briefing through post-buy, and monitoring performance against established KPIs. You will conduct in-depth analyses of market trends and consumer behaviors to identify media opportunities, generate insightful performance reports with actionable recommendations, and contribute to data-driven decision-making for continuous campaign improvement. Collaboration with internal teams, other agencies, and clients is essential to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of experience in digital media planning and implementation, preferably within a media agency environment. Proficiency in SEM, social ad campaign management, and analytics tools is highly desirable. A proactive mindset, strong ownership and accountability in campaign execution, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders are key attributes for success in this role. Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is also required.
