Media Planning Executive
The Media Planning Executive at WPP Media plays a pivotal role in developing and executing integrated media strategies for the Travel Retail business unit across key APAC markets. This position involves close collaboration with travel retail partners, data partners, and activation teams, particularly in China, to ensure seamless campaign planning and execution. Key responsibilities include supporting the development of comprehensive, insight-driven media plans that span both digital and traditional channels, aligning with business objectives. The role also involves assisting activation teams to ensure accurate and timely campaign execution, maintaining rigorous campaign tracking, performance optimization, and delivery standards. Additionally, the executive will contribute to in-flight and post-campaign reporting, providing clear and actionable performance insights for clients.
The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in digital media, advertising, marketing, or an in-house media agency. A working knowledge of digital media channels, including social, display, video, and programmatic, is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
