Medical Malpractice Case Manager

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a dedicated Medical Malpractice Case Manager to join our team in Winter Park, Florida. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and our legal teams, guiding clients through the initial case investigation process with empathy and professionalism. This position is integral to our mission of advocating for individuals against powerful entities.

Key responsibilities include managing client interactions from intake through the initial investigation, gathering and organizing detailed medical histories and documentation to support potential malpractice claims, and maintaining accurate case files within our case management system. You will collaborate closely with attorneys, operations, and support staff to ensure cases progress efficiently and coordinate with medical providers, insurance carriers, and other relevant parties as needed.

The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, the ability to manage a varied caseload, and a client-focused approach. Prior experience in medical malpractice law or the medical field is preferred. Effective communication skills are essential, as is proficiency with case management systems and digital tools. Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus.
