Medical Malpractice Litigation Associate Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking a Medical Malpractice Litigation Associate Attorney to join their MedMal Litigation team in Irvine, California. In this role, the Associate Attorney will collaborate closely with experienced attorneys, providing support throughout all stages of litigation. Key responsibilities include preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and complaints; e-filing court documents in state and federal courts; and maintaining communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Additional duties involve conducting legal research, preparing discovery documents, coordinating depositions, and assisting with trial preparation.

Candidates should possess a Juris Doctorate degree and have at least one year of litigation experience, preferably in Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, or related practice areas. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and excellent written and verbal communication are essential. Experience with Medical Malpractice Plaintiff Actions and a Federal Judicial Clerkship are considered advantageous.
