Merchant Onboarding Associate

As a Merchant Onboarding Associate at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in integrating new restaurant and retail partners onto our platform. This position is essential to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, contributing significantly to the long-term success of our merchant relationships. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams to uphold Wolt's commitment to excellence in service and operational standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new venues, ensuring timely and accurate platform setup. This involves reviewing and validating partner information, creating and reviewing menus for accuracy, coordinating photography to ensure comprehensive image coverage, and conducting training sessions on the Wolt Merchant app and related tools. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with partners during their initial period post-launch, ensuring their engagement and activity align with Wolt's service standards.

The ideal candidate will possess 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating logical problem-solving skills with a bias for action and impact. Strong time management and task prioritization abilities are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills adaptable to different audiences. Fluency in Russian, proficiency in Kazakh, and intermediate English are required. The position is based in Almaty or Astana.
