Mid Level Commercial Contracts Lawyer - Supply Chain (Atlanta)

Axiom is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join our team in Atlanta. This role focuses on supporting high-volume client projects, particularly in supply chain and manufacturing-related contracting work. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, distribution agreements, supply and procurement agreements, and services agreements. Additionally, the role involves supporting supply chain and manufacturing-focused contracts, providing practical legal guidance on contract terms and negotiation strategies, and assisting clients with large commercial contracting initiatives.

Applicants must possess a JD or equivalent degree with active bar membership in good standing and have 5-14 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in-house or in a commercial-focused practice. Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating core commercial contracts, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently are essential.
