Mid-Level Software Engineer
Ledgy is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join their dynamic team in London or remotely. As a Mid-Level Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that power Ledgy's cap table management platform. You will collaborate closely with a talented team of engineers, product managers, and designers to build features that help our customers manage their equity efficiently.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include designing and developing new features and functionality for Ledgy's web application, refining and improving existing systems and infrastructure, participating in code reviews, architecture discussions, and other engineering activities, mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the growth of the engineering team, and collaborating with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in web development. Proficiency in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js is essential. Experience with relational databases and SQL is required, along with familiarity with agile software development practices and tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow are also important.
Compensation for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits and perks are offered, including flexible working hours, 25 days of vacation, and up to 40 days of remote work from outside your home country.
