Key responsibilities include rapidly growing Canva Enterprise in North America by leading the Mid Market Account Executives team, extending Canva's tradition of high customer satisfaction, creating and refining sales practices and KPIs, hiring and developing top talent, and collaborating closely with Sales Development, Sales Operations, Product, and Marketing teams. The role also involves utilizing tools such as Gong, Salesforce, and Ironclad to enhance sales processes.
The ideal candidate has over three years of experience managing individual sellers in a leading SaaS business, including direct experience with Mid Market teams. They should have a background in Enterprise-level sales, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, clear communication abilities, and a self-starting attitude. A focus on customer success and a track record of building high-performing teams are essential.
