MIS & Coordinator Intern

Eurofins is seeking an MIS & Coordinator Intern to join our team in Faridabad, Haryana, India. As a global leader in assurance and inspection services, Eurofins supports clients across various industries in building sustainable and compliant supply chains. This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to our mission of mitigating compliance risks and enhancing quality standards.

In this role, you will oversee comprehensive account operations, including coordination, scheduling, certificate preparation, log maintenance, invoicing, and payment management. You will manage local product compliance initiatives such as SLCP, FEM, SMETA, BSCI, C-TPAT, and Sodexo, handling portal management, EAOL management, invoicing, and payment processing. Additionally, you will conduct Net Promoter Score (NPS) and integrity calls to gather feedback and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a textile-related field with a minimum of 60% academic performance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams, is essential. Strong organizational and time management skills, along with the flexibility to support users across varied time zones, are also required.

This full-time internship provides hands-on experience in management information systems, compliance coordination, and operational administration within the assurance and certification services sector.
