In this role, you will be responsible for defining and developing system architectures for mission-critical applications, ensuring seamless integration of AI capabilities with existing defense systems. Your day-to-day activities will include translating operational scenarios into verifiable system requirements, leading multi-sensor fusion architectures, and establishing comprehensive sensor-to-effector kill chains. Additionally, you will drive digital engineering efforts, define test and evaluation strategies, and manage technical trade-offs with internal teams and external suppliers.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. You should have experience in mission systems architecture for defense platforms, with a strong ability to convert threat-driven scenarios into system requirements and key performance indicators. Proficiency in designing operational concepts of operations (CONOPS), multi-sensor fusion, and threat library architectures is essential. Experience in system safety, assurance, and cyber/COMSEC considerations for autonomous actions in regulated environments is also required.
