As a B2B Telesales Representative at AUTO1 Group, you will join our Account Management Team, focusing on establishing and nurturing business relationships with automotive dealers. AUTO1 Group is a leading digital automotive platform in Europe, revolutionizing the car buying and selling process through innovative solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and acquiring new sales partners via telephone, presenting tailored product solutions to meet their specific needs, and ensuring each customer interaction is exceptional. You will collaborate closely with a dynamic sales team, contributing to the growth and success of our B2B core business.

We are seeking candidates with prior experience in telesales or door-to-door sales, strong communication skills, active listening abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset. Proficiency in German, both spoken and written, is essential for this role.

Compensation includes a competitive fixed salary complemented by a performance-based bonus model with significant earning potential. New hires are eligible for a €750 start bonus, and a guaranteed minimum commission is provided during the initial three months.
