As a Sales Representative at Autohero, part of the AUTO1 Group, you will join our dynamic sales team to assist customers throughout their car purchasing journey. Autohero is an innovative online shop for certified used cars, offering a seamless and transparent buying experience.

Your primary responsibilities include managing incoming inquiries from private buyers via phone and email, providing personalized support to guide them through the purchasing process. You will work exclusively with pre-qualified leads, eliminating the need for cold calling. Additionally, you will enhance customer satisfaction by offering supplementary services such as extended warranties and financing options, thereby contributing to your sales success.

We seek individuals with a strong passion for sales, high self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset. While experience in customer service or telesales is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, confidence, and a team-oriented approach are essential. Fluency in German, both spoken and written, is required; additional language skills are a plus.
