As a Sales Representative at Autohero, you will be the primary point of contact for our premium used car platform, assisting private customers via phone and email throughout the entire purchasing process. Your role involves working exclusively with pre-qualified leads, eliminating the need for cold calling, and focusing on delivering a seamless and personalized customer experience.

Your daily responsibilities include guiding customers from their initial inquiry to the successful completion of their vehicle purchase, ensuring all their questions are addressed promptly and professionally. By leveraging your negotiation skills, you will not only facilitate sales but also enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to increase your earnings through cross-selling and upselling supplementary services such as extended warranties and financing options.

We are seeking individuals with a strong passion for sales, high self-motivation, and a commitment to achieving targets. While prior experience in customer service or telesales is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Key qualities include excellent communication skills, confidence in direct customer interactions, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
